He has had two books published by Simon & Schuster, and has also written for The New Yorker, The New Republic, and other publications. He holds an MBA, a JD, and a PhD.

Previously, he worked on a wide range of products, including Google’s proprietary infrastructure, privacy and security, products designed for emerging markets and YouTube ads.
